How to restrict the country and age for your Facebook page?
These days, a
Facebook page is an important thing for a company's services. Having a Facebook
page is important and beneficial for companies to promote their services. Widely
use Facebook pages for marketing purposes, like introducing a new item, running
a campaign, or advertising whatever you need to spread or send a message to,

page security is the most important. Facebook has implemented strict rules and
regulations for pages that are good for society and ensure a safe and reliable

Today we are going to show you “How to restrict the country and age for your Facebook page”, you can follow these steps:
Step 01
Log in to your Facebook
account and (1) click on the Facebook “Profile
Logo” on the right side of the page top corner. (2) From there, click the “Page” for which you want to restrict
the country; if you do not see the page there (3) click “See all Profiles”, then click the page.
Step 02
When you finish
switching to the page from your account, (1) Click on the Facebook “Page Logo” on the right side of the
page in the top corner. (2) From the drop-down menu, click “Settings & Privacy.”
Step 03
Under “Settings & Privacy,” try to find
"Settings,” then click on it,
which will take us to the settings page.
Step 04
On the Settings page,
you will see the settings bar on the left side. Under the setting bar, click on
"Privacy." It will take
you to another page, which is the privacy settings page.
Step 05
Once you get to the
privacy settings page, you will see the privacy settings bar on the left side.
On that privacy setting list, you try to find “Public posts”, then click on it. Onlce you click public post, Settings
will show you on the right.
Step 06
Once you click “Public Post Filters and Tools,”
Settings will show you on the right. Under the Public Post Filters and Tools
section, find the “Restrictions”
section. It should be last on the page. If you want to restrict a country,
click “Edit” on “Country Restrictions” under the “Restrictions”
section.
Step 07
Once you click
"Edit," you will be able
to modify the default setting for “Country
Restrictions.” (Default settings have
no restrictions.) (1) Enter the
country you want to restrict. (2) If
you want to show your post and your page to only one or a few countries, add
those countries to the (1) country
section, then mark "Show only to
certain countries.” (3) If you want to restrict your post
and your page to only one or a few countries, add those countries to the (1) country section, then mark “Hide from certain countries.” When you have done the restriction
modification, click “Save” to save
the changes.
Step 08
If you want to add “Age Restrictions” to your page, click “Edit” on “Age Restrictions” under the “Restrictions”
section. Select the age range you want to restrict, then click “Save” to save the changes.
**Important**
Country Restrictions
Where the user
currently lives and uses Facebook is the place counting as the country. Not the
account originally created or the user originally from where.
Age Restrictions
Once you add
restrictions it will apply to the page, People who follow your Page but don't
meet the age restriction will be automatically removed from your list of
followers.
Pages with age
restrictions can't join or interact with groups. If you add an age restriction,
this Page will be automatically removed from any groups it manages or is a
member of, and the Groups tab will no longer appear on your Page.
Please Note: that this feature is only available for Facebook pages, not personal profiles. Additionally, restricting the country of your page may limit its visibility to users from the selected countries.
